개인정보처리방침 (모바일 앱)

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보(로그인한 경우에만) — Apple 또는 Google 로그인으로 전달받는 이메일 주소, 이름, 프로필 사진 주소, 제공자의 계정 식별자. 앱에서 이용자가 정한 닉네임, 약관 동의 시각, 가입 국가. 비밀번호는 받지도 보관하지도 않습니다. Apple의 "이메일 가리기"를 선택하면 Apple이 만든 전달용 주소만 저장됩니다.
• 프로필 사진(선택) — 이용자가 앨범에서 직접 고른 사진 1장을 회사 서버에 저장합니다. 앱에서 "기본 이미지 사용"을 누르거나 탈퇴하면 저장된 파일을 삭제합니다. 사진 라이브러리 전체를 읽지 않으며, 이용자가 고른 사진만 전달받습니다.
• 대략적 위치(선택) — 처음 실행할 때 기본 국가를 정하기 위해 대략적 위치를 확인합니다. 좌표는 저장하지 않고 국가 코드만 사용하며, 허용하지 않아도 앱 이용에 제한이 없습니다(기기 지역 설정을 대신 사용).
• 광고 식별자 — 앱 내 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA)와 기기·네트워크 정보가 Google AdMob에 의해 수집·이용될 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 추적 허용 여부를 이용자가 선택하며, 거부해도 앱 이용에 제한이 없습니다.
• 앱 이용 기록 — 접속 현황 집계를 위해 앱이 생성한 임의의 기기 식별자, 플랫폼, 앱 버전, 선택한 국가, 로그인한 경우 회원 번호를 주기적으로 서버에 전송합니다. 서버 접속 로그(IP 주소, 요청 경로, 접속 일시)가 운영·보안·오류 분석을 위해 자동 생성됩니다.
• 멤버십·결제 기록 — 멤버십을 구매하면 구매 상품·일시·스토어 결제 식별자를 보관합니다. 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하며 회사는 보관하지 않습니다.
• 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보 — 찜한 채널, 최근 본 항목, 로그인 토큰, 언어·국가·자동번역 설정. 서버로 전송되지 않습니다(찜은 로그인 시 계정에 동기화될 수 있습니다).
• 자동 번역 — 자동 번역을 켜면 화면에 표시할 영상 제목·설명 등 공개 콘텐츠 문구가 회사의 번역 서버로 전송되어 번역 결과가 저장(캐시)됩니다. 이용자의 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
• 공개 YouTube 데이터 — 영상·쇼츠·채널의 공개 정보(제목, 썸네일, 조회수·좋아요 수, 구독자 수, 게시일 등). YouTube Data API로 제공되는 공개 정보만 수집하며, 이용자의 YouTube 계정에 접근하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 회원 식별, 로그인 유지, 찜한 채널의 기기 간 동기화
• 트렌드 랭킹·통계 제공 및 표시 국가·언어 설정
• 멤버십 제공 및 구매 내역 확인, 문의 응대
• 광고 제공(무료 이용자) 및 광고 성과 측정
• 오류 진단, 부정 이용 탐지, 서비스 보안 유지

이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 프로파일링에 기반한 자동화된 의사결정을 하지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁

• Google LLC — 로그인 토큰 검증(Google 로그인), 광고 제공(AdMob), 인앱 결제(Google Play)
• Apple Inc. — 로그인(Sign in with Apple), 인앱 결제(App Store)
• 법령에 근거하거나 수사·재판 등 적법한 절차에 따라 관계 기관이 요구하는 경우

위 사업자의 처리는 각 사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다(Google, Apple).

4. 국외 이전

로그인·광고·결제 처리 과정에서 정보가 Google 및 Apple이 운영하는 국외(미국 등) 서버로 이전·처리될 수 있습니다. 회사의 서버는 대한민국에 있습니다.

5. 보관 기간 및 파기

• 계정 정보·닉네임·프로필 사진 — 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다. 앱의 마이 › 회원 탈퇴에서 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 계정 삭제 안내 페이지의 방법으로도 요청할 수 있습니다(요청 시 7일 이내 처리).
• 앱 접속 기록 — 12개월 보관 후 삭제
• 멤버십·결제 기록 — 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년 보관하며, 탈퇴 시 회원 번호와 분리해 보관합니다
• YouTube API 데이터 — YouTube API Services 개발자 정책에 따라 관리합니다. 제목·채널명·설명·썸네일 등 메타데이터는 최대 30일 기준으로 갱신·정리하고, 공개 통계 수치와 자체 산출 변화량 지표는 YouTube '파생 측정항목 및 데이터 보관 추가 정책'에 따라 최대 36개월까지 보관될 수 있습니다

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대해 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 닉네임과 프로필 사진은 앱의 마이 › 프로필 수정에서 직접 바꿀 수 있고, 계정은 마이 › 회원 탈퇴에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 위치 권한과 광고 추적은 기기 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있으며, 광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정할 수 있습니다. 그 밖의 요청은 아래 이메일로 접수해 주세요.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만(대한민국 외 지역은 각 국가 기준, 미국은 만 13세 미만) 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

8. 안전조치

전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 접근 통제, 로그인 토큰의 서명 검증, 관리자 인증 등 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송·저장에 절대적 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.

9. 방침의 변경

법령이나 서비스 내용의 변경에 따라 본 방침이 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지와 앱 내 방침에 게시합니다. 변경된 방침은 게시 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

11. YouTube API Services 고지

앱은 YouTube API Services를 사용합니다. 이용자에게는 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다. 앱은 YouTube LLC 및 Google LLC와 제휴·후원·보증 관계가 없는 독립 서비스이며, 표시되는 콘텐츠의 권리는 각 크리에이터에게 있습니다.

What we collect

• Account data (only if you sign in) — email address, name, profile picture URL and the provider's account identifier received from Sign in with Apple or Google; the nickname you choose in the app; the time you accepted the terms; and your sign-up country. We never receive or store a password. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we store only the relay address Apple provides.
• Profile photo (optional) — one photo you pick from your library is stored on our servers. Choosing "use the default image" or deleting your account removes the stored file. We never read your library; we only receive the photo you select.
• Approximate location (optional) — used once at first launch to pick the country shown first. Coordinates are not stored; only the country code is used. Declining does not limit the app (we fall back to your device region).
• Advertising identifier — for ads, Google AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID (Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA) with device and network information. On iOS you choose whether to allow tracking; declining does not limit the app.
• App usage — a random device identifier generated by the app, platform, app version, selected country and, when signed in, your member number are sent periodically so we can count active use. Server access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are generated for operation, security and error analysis.
• Membership and purchases — product, time and the store's purchase identifier. Card and payment details are handled by Apple or Google; we never store them.
• Stored on your device only — saved channels, recently viewed items, your sign-in token and your language, country and translation settings.
• Automatic translation — when enabled, public content text (video titles and descriptions) is sent to our translation server and the result is cached. No personal data is sent.
• Public YouTube data — public information about videos and channels obtained through the YouTube Data API. We never access your YouTube account.

How we use and share it

We use the data to identify members, keep you signed in, sync saved channels across devices, provide rankings and statistics, provide membership and answer inquiries, serve ads, and diagnose errors and protect the service. We do not sell personal data and do not make automated decisions based on profiling. Data is shared only with Google LLC (sign-in verification, AdMob ads, Google Play billing), Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing), and with authorities where required by law. Because those providers operate globally, data may be processed outside Korea; our own servers are in Korea.

Retention and deletion

Account data, nickname and profile photo are deleted without delay when you delete your account (in the app: Me › Delete account, or follow the account deletion guide; requests are handled within 7 days). App usage records are kept for 12 months. Purchase records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean commerce law, unlinked from your member number after deletion. YouTube API data is managed in line with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies: metadata such as titles, channel names, descriptions and thumbnails is refreshed or removed on a 30-day basis, while public statistics and the derived change metrics we compute ourselves may be retained for up to 36 months under YouTube's Additional Policies for derived metrics and data retention.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time. You can change your nickname and photo in Me › Edit profile and delete your account in Me › Delete account. Location permission and ad tracking can be turned off in your device settings at any time.
